Established, reputable insurance agency specializing in Medicare and Life Insurance Planning is seeking an Office Manager for their Hobe Sound location.
Successful candidate will serve as the Executive Assistant to the owner as well as well as assist other agents and manage the office.
Medical Insurance & IRA enrollment upon successful completion of the probationary period
THIS IS A POSITION WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT! Ultimately the Office Manager will be encouraged to seek their own insurance license (fully paid for by the agency) and become a licensed agent.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated skills and abilities in the following areas:
- MS Office PROFICIENCY
- Ability to answer multi-line phones
- Ability to multi-task
- Filing (online and in-house)
- Customer communications including correspondence via email, fax and telephone
- Greeting and helping customers in the office
Ideally the candidate will be service-oriented, friendly and be a "people person" and have demonstrated a solid work history.
